Default Rear Disc Conversion Help.

So went to my local junkyard and pulled out the rear discs and was surprised to find brake shoes behind the rotor! Was I supposed to grab the brake shoes too? Along with the springs, hardware, etc? Or can I just transfer over everything from my current drum brakes? Thanks!

lol yea the brake shoes are for the parking brake. its a drum brake in the inside of the rotor. your drum brakes are different from the rear disc drum brakes. should've just grabbed the whole hub lol

Deff go back and get them .... I did mine last year, it was simple and the results were better than I thought they would be. If they have the abs on them then work on getting the whole system, makes a huge difference too!! good luck !!

Best and easiest way.unso the bottom bolt then the two that attach the shock to the hub. then transplant. Takes 5 min vs 30 lol.

Total process shouldn't take you more than 2 hours. Even If your new.
