Default Glove Box Light Not Working

Hey guys, just wondering where the fuse is for the glove box light, mine has been broken since the day I bought it, tried a new light bulb and different sockets from other Celica's but no luck. Thanks in advance!

What year is it? You are checking it with the headlights on, correct?
