Yes, you are correct for both plugs. Make sure the car is level (all wheels at same height) when you check the level or fill the transmission.

fluid level should be to the top of the top plug. best way ive found to fill it is to use some vacume hose and gravity feed the fluid into the tranny. also both plugs are 24mm

im think if i turn on the car till temp is right and its idle would the heat make the metal extend so it makes it easier to turn or cold is best when taking of the plug?

I drove mine up on ramps and put a breaker bar on the fill plug to break it free. Tap wrench/breaker bar with a rubber hammer to help break it loose.

attach a hollow metal pole to your wrench and it should give you better leverage to remove the plug.

cheater bar like mentioned above, also go get some ATF and acetone and a squirt bottle, 50/50 mix the atf and acetone and use it like you would wd-40 or pb-blaster, it works wonders on frozen/rusted bolts and components

So after i used the car for about 20-60 cuz i stoped for a while lol. Well that heat made it easier but my pinky sure got a lil burn X)
