I would, so the new mounts wont wear out as fast.

Most likely you only need to replace front and/or back mount(s). You can remove the front to back support under the transmission to replace them. If you take a good look at them, any cracks or tears in the rubber would indicate a need for replacement. You can buy them at your local parts store or through the dealership (more $).

The end mounts (left and right) don't normally fail and are much more expensive parts.

how much would it cost taking it to the shop to replace? if too much than i would rather do it myself. what tools and steps do i need to take when replacing the mounts?

does the vibration seem to be coming from the top of the dash or the front under the windshield, because i have that vibrations on idle and rough acceleration. Just want to make sure this thread is helpful to me also lol. Cheers!!

Also as far as i know, mounts can be time consuming but arnt that difficult to replace, so youd be paying lots of labor when it isnt that difficult. At least that's what i was for my past car. not sure about my 5th gen celi

5TH Gens are common for noise/vibration coming from underneath hood n u can hear/feel them on the inside of ur ca, that was all fix for the 6th gen n on...

the front n rear mounts u can do them urself u just need some ramps, jack & towers n some small blocks of wood. tower can hold ur tranny or u can just use the jack
