Default vaccum vs timing

Will a vaccum leak effect the timing on my 4fe engine. I have set the timing twice before and car runs perfect, after approx 50 miles the timing goes from 10 degrees BTDC to zero. Don't think its jumping time. Have replaced timing belt, idler pulley and spring. Any ideas will help.
