Angry Rrreeeaaallyy bad sunroof issues.help!

I will make this as short as possible, because I am running out of ideas. The wiring, switches, motor and associated mechanism have all been cleaned, rewired, or other wise "Fixed" everything works ELECTRICALLY however, when you insert the drive gear into the housing to drive the cables, they are stuck so bad the motor can't make the gear even turn once!!! So I have completely dropped the housing out of the vehicle and am performing "surgery" to gut this thing and fix it. Any one have a detailed diagram that shows the inner workings of the drive cables and such? It would be much appreciated!!!

Thanks man! I am going to have to do some hack-shop wackshop work, I will end up having to pull the cable and possibley the tracks out of another vehicle, the cables are rusted TO THEIR HOUSING. everything is oddly clean however... I figure that It shouldn't be too expensive!! I appreciate it!
