Default Won't crank after rebuild

I just rebuilt the engine in my 1990 1.6 Celica ST auto FWD. Everything went great until I hooked up all the wiring and now it won't crank. I've determined there is no power going to the starter. Im kinda stuck now. Everything worked fine and it started right up before the rebuild. Im just trying to figure out what is different now then was before the engine was out. Im just stuck and kinda pissed I can't make any more progress. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.

No, The starter is getting power. Its the little solenoid wire that engages it that isn't.

The solenoid might have been damaged during removal, storage or re-install.
