thats what i was somewhat thinking because if its a 5s-fe they shoud reach the same speed i just dont know if their tuned differently... dough ive only reached about 116 my self but i believe gas didnt cut off it was due to me letting go of the gas XD only once did my car turned of on me at 110 witch left me scared for a bit since it was the first time something like that ever happened.

The shaft driven ones will still put it at 12 o'clock at a speed and unless he changes the gear in the tranny to match, the speedo will have the same problem I explained earlier.

Hhhuummmm, mine hasn't done that for some reason.... i've reach 110,115,& almost around the ball park of 118mph but then i let go cause off my off ramp exit lol lol hahahaha
