Default Opinion please

I have a 92 Celica GT-S, 5 speed with 214,000 miles on it. I got it for a project car when I retired. All I got accomplished was new brakes and rotters all the way around, the body work done and a few Mickey Mouse things when I found myself in a hospital. Since my car working days are now over..I need to sell it but don't have any idea what it"s worth. It runs great but needs a lot of TLC. Any ideas would be appreciated.
