Default Pop up headlight problem

one of my headlight wont come back up so is there a way manually to do this

Yes under the headlight assembly under the car there is a plastic/rubber plug. Pull that off and there is a gear/dial turn that and it will come up

i only have it on one of the headlights at the bottom, well under the car just under the lights, is it detachable and then i can put it on the other side and get it back up

There should be a knob under a boot where the fender meets the radiator support on each side. It will say on top of the knob which way to turn it manually open the lids.

yea but i only have it on one of them n on the other side theres a place for it but its either missing or i just need to take the other off n put it in the other ones hole and then turn idk
