Default back wheels rubbing against struct question

Hi. Im new here and know bugger all about cars or my car - 1992 celica. Anyway I had to replace some wheels due to theft. the wheels I brought are off a gts celica so I figured they should fit. The back wheels rub against the struts. Will spacers solve this problem? The front wheels are fine. This is the third set of wheels Ive brought that have done this. Any ideas would be great. But i dont want to by new wheels! again!
cheers,

the set I just brought is 16x7.5 +45 Shod with 205/50/16.
I found the below info concerning wheel size for 1992 gts.
The wheels I brought should have fit unless I've miss understood the specs below.
Make: Toyota
Year: 1992
Model: Celica GTS
Bolt Pattern: 5×100
Offset Range: 38 to 45
Wheel Size Range: 15×6.5 to 17×8.0
OEM Tire Size: 215/50-15 (215×597 mm)

Yes... i ran into that same problem with my Rota rims.. they were not clearing the strut n the Arm that connects to the strut @ botton..trailing arm i believe not sure ...anyways..
i went with 15MM Hubcentric Spacers with extended Bolts, think it was like 7X-80 $$ on ebay.. wish i would have gone wider probable some 22MM not a full inch cause if u go 1nch u'll get the ones that bolt to ur old studs and the spacer has newer studs were the rims goes bolted on.... to me 1nch is too much... its to far from brake system.. + u might need to do a fender bending...
i did the fender bending on mine as well as a flare/pull. but thats because i had 17inch Scion rims @ the time

don't know what Offset these rotas R, the scion wheels never rub & the 7th gen wheels same thing no rub with suspension component, Only my Rotas on the Back have that issue, the Rotas on the front look good think i can go wider on the Front, but not on the Rear with these Rotas... thats Y i was thinking i'll just go taller to 55' but i don't think that will clear the base part of the strut Either... i'll have to test one side 1st...
