for those of you that were asking about reverse glow gages in the past.. heres some i found on ebay

It's a transformer with a dimmer knob. I recently installed them and they look good

It does not, but you might be able if you want to set it up that way. You will also want to find or paint your needles. They don't glow in the dark

there not hard. just gotta take your time. i recommend using double sided tape on it to make it more secure.
