Update: finished the brake lines. I ended up replacing the lines all the way up to the distributor box on the fire wall. Real pain. I tried to bleed them once and they were still really soft so ill try it again this weekend. Ordered a ebay air intake and threw it on. Painted the new trunk lid I found.

I haven't done much to the car as I just finished my motor swap into the civic and have been finishing up that car. Lifted my truck also so the celica took a far back seat. Hope to have it all painted, tinted and finished in the next couple weeks.
Ill include a pic of my painted trunk

Finished the paint. Just waiting for it to harden up to do a final buff and polish

Do yourself a favor and done get those. I bought them, put them on, and parked it until I got lowering springs. I also ended up putting new struts/shocks on.
I was impressed with the megan lowering springs Megan Racing Lowering Springs 90-99 Toyota Celica | eBay

to address you brake line issue. there is a central hub in the engine bay (purporting valve), they are all single lines the valve is on the firewall behind the intake/throttle body area, you can get a roll of brake line from autozone for about 20 bucks. + fittings then all you need is a double flaring or iso/bubble flare tool. depending on what you want to do we can help you modify it to beat the modern mustangs and camaro's

Thanks for the replys. And yes I found the main box where all the brake lines screw into on the fire wall. I was finally able to get the old ones out and new lines installed.

Car really runs great now. Has some decent get up and go. I bought the mobile 1 synthetic gear oil today and will change it tomorrow to help the syncros out.

I noticed driving it today though that the speedometer is not working. Zero movement at all. Ill have to reseach what could of caused that, because it was working not to long ago. Hopefully a fuse or switch somewhere.

Awesome, thanks for the link. How hard are they to install? Do I just use a spring compressor
