there are two switches that can trigger your brake light. One is on top of your brake master cylinder in your engine bay( triggers when your brake fluid is low ). The other is under your center console next to your hand brake ( triggers the light when you pull it up ) faulty switch or bad wiring on either one could cause your issue.

I finally got it. The problem is the brake fluid level sensor. When i disconnected the sensor the light went off. So i just have to replace it or i can just keep it disconnected and manually check the brake fluid. Thanks a lot for you help its so nice to finally see the e brake light off and now my cruise control is working.

i have my Airbag light on cause of my NRG System
& the brake light has been on ever since i bought the GT, as long as car brakes,theres fluid n pads r gud i have no problem with light hahaha

Theres.no sensors in the pads so the system gets indication from the master cyl or the ebrake. do you know if your cruise is electrical or vac controlled. they have two seperate units in these cars. On the passenger side theres a black box looking thing. See if there is a line from that to your intake manifold, if so your vac controlled
