What is this part called??? - Toyota Celicas

I need to know what this piece of the front end of a 91 celica is called. And how to remove it so that i can replace my bent up one so that my headlights will be lined up and my radiator wont be hanging on to dear life lol please let me know asap! and on how to remove it!

It is the frame piece where the headlights systems are bolted on, it is from one fender to the other. It is where the radiator clamps are bolted on to also. It is the whole thing that is circled in green, kinda IGNORE the arrows (I thought those would help but it seems like they aren't doing much.)

It is that red center frame piece, in this picture it is coming off of a 1989 celica but it is the same thing for a 5th gen

that's part of the frame it-self, it doesn't come off

by the picture it dose look like it comes off

and by looking @ your car the head lights need to come off the fenders need to come off and all the cables for the hood pop needs to be undone
