hey all, im new to this sort of stuff, well im trying to find if its good to put a 1.6L 4age 20 valve black top into a 1990 celica.... im a P plater so im not allowed turbo so i was thinking to go n/a and the best toyota n/a i believe is a 4age (correct me if im wrong).

uz think it would go better, as in performance wise, coz the bz-r which has the black top weighs about 1040 (i think) and the celica is a heavy piece of machine. umm would i beable rip its guts out but still make it look stock, and any ideas where to start

well, those links that were posted would be the best place to start. the ST celica isnt all that heavy, lightest of the fifth gens, and the 4AGE engine isnt weighty. It says 'Toyota' all over it, i doubt anyone doing whatever visual inspections you might have in your parts would notice the difference between a 4AFE and a 4AGE - emissions will of course be a problem, maybe not.
