I have a question about my cigarette lighter. I had do not have any juice going to it. I would like to know were the fuse is for it. I have looked behind it and all the connections are correct. I looked in the manual but it tells me were the fuses are but not what each fuse is for. Also to get to the fuses, how do you get the kick plate off. I will pull it back, but I cant seem to pop it off. Thanks for any help again.

My cigarette lighter only get power when its in certain positions. Well, the actual cigarette lighter part always heats up, but if I plug a phone charger or something into it lets say, I have to turn it until it hits the right spot. Mine is probably just corroded, so give it a shot on yours if your fuse isnt blown.

I looked under the hood near the battery, and could not see what fuse was supposed to be for the lighter area. There were some small fuses in there and they looked fine, but the big ones in there I could not tell if they were bad. Any help in naming the fuse that I am looking for?

It might be down by your left foor on the driver side. There are a bunch of fuses in there. I thought it was there, and not in the engine bay, but I could be wrong. Seems to make more sense to be in the foot well. I haven't looked at mine in a while, but I think the cover over the fuses labels which one is which. If not, I have a book that I read off for you.

The previous owner has said the lighter does not work. I have tried the lighter and a car charger , and have found nothing. I even was running the car when trying. I even put a volt tester on it and the wires with no results. I just have to find out how to take the kick plate off the drivers side and check the fuses on there when I get home today
