Thanks for all that responded. I did find the fuse on the drivers side. I did not know that the cig lighter and the radio were on the same fuse. The fuse was good and I still have no power in the lighter. Seems to be a wire issue.

There is another fuse wire in adepter itself. it is like a wire but actually it is a fuse. test with continuity tester if no contact you will not have power in lighter. "in rear of adepter where the wire connect you can find a C shape jumper if it is burned no power to lighter"

You can take out the plug out with out needing to take out all the dash panel. You have to twist about a good degree then it should came out. There is a fused link on the back of the cigarrette plug. Use a piece of copper wire and attached it. The fuse link must be bunrt out.
