I removed mine before I have a 1993 which I believe is very similar, you have to remove the shifter bezel trim first, with a flat head and then there are two Philips screws that hold the bezel of the radio, and then you use a flat head to reveal 4 screws that hold the radio to the mount bracket. Hope this helps and good luck. Work slowly so you don;t crack anything and I would suggest a cloth over the flat head to prevent scratches.

I got it figured out ok, but I think your '93 must be a little different. I left the console in place and removed the center dash panel over it. Next thing I gotta tackle is to get the side panels out on the left and right of the back seat. Ordered a Chilton's manual off amazon over the weekend...hopefully that covers it.
