i have a problem with my retracting head lamps. why are they like this? i bought a used retractor control off ebay and i still have the same problem. any chance that the motor is faulty? thank you

is that an actual video of your car? it could be a relay problem too

that's heaven compared to mine on my 93. i think my drivers side has Parkinson disease !
