Tach and Spedo not working. - Toyota Celicas

I have a suspition on why the spedo isnt working (cable isnt broken) bad cluster, but my tach isnt working and never was, the motor is a 22rte motor with 22re electronics and 22re dizzy, does anyone have a wiring schematic or any clue on why its not working?

well tach doesnt still, its wiring, im just trying to sorit it out, but yeah thats why the spedo wasnt workin.
