Help me save my Celica! Swaybar mount repair (rust)

I am going to be attempting to chop off all the rust on the end of my frame rail and weld on new material. The rest of the car is very solid, but these spots are bad. I'm just looking to see pictures of other people's repair jobs to get an idea of what they did to reinforce the floor around the area.

Ya I wish there would be some more traffic passing through this thread haha. So far I've gotten more help for this problem on the DSM forum my boyfriend is on.
