Taillights, Dashboard Lights OUT

Toyota Celica 1992 St

My dashboard lights, and my Brake lights are out and my Reverse lights.. My blinkers work just fine..

I just checked all my fuses under the driver door and both under the hood. Had my fuse checker and they all came out good.

also check my battery which was recently charged by Oreilys. Checked my Alternator and that wasnt it.

Also looked at the "taillight relay" which is in Driverside Junction box No.1 And it looks pretty good. No noticeable damage.

Anyone have any ideas?????? Such a pain in the ass.
