87 gt power steering hose replacemnt how do i get at it?

hi.. this is my first post here....lol

MY GF's 87 GT with a 2000 eng has a broken power steering hose. the hose runs form the resivour to the pump.

i can easily get at the top of the hose... but i cannot even see the bottom of the hose where it joins the pump !

it is really tight !

how do u get in there and what tools do you use?.... does the motor need to be pulled or dropped ?
