92 celica starting problems HELP!! turn key and goes click most of the time

ok so here is the deal. and i thank you guys in advance for any and all help.

so to start i have a 92 celica GT liftback.
so when i go in to my car everything looks good (ill add a vid later.)
all the lights come on and when i put the key in its sounds good the dinging sounds and when you turn one click the dashlight all turn on and you get the beeping sound and when you go to start it goes "click" and nothing happens no eng turn over nothing then i go back and try again same thing happens or it might turn on after that. after a couple of tries. it does it mostly after it sits there for a bit. but it can happen after being on for a while. again any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same issue with mine (1991jdm). My buddy has a 92 and his had same issue. He replaced starter and it fixed it. His had 92,000km on it and mine is getting bad and has 98,000km on it.

my 1992 celica have jump cable wrong side,what should i do now ? I change the new battery but the when turn the key on it have no light and nothing ?
