Default Problem with my engine!

Hello,

I have a st185 engine on my celica, but previous owner changed a bottom of a st205 engine into it(and its probably leaking some oil), now my car has almost no power at 0-1800 rpm, it wont accelerate at all untill 2000-2100. Sometimes on lower rpm(around 500-1500) my engine chougs and it starts to tug. The prerivous owner said it is suggested to adjust the engine, but im unsure if he meant chipping it or some other kind of adjustment.

Thanks in advance, hope you can help me out.

I'd like to ask, do the fifth gen celicas, specially GT4 has fourwheel drive, because my GT4 turns in very large space and the handling is quite heavy compared to corolla for example.

Not four wheel drive, four wheel turning, so all wheels turn in low speeds. Not sure if its the right explaining in english for it, hope you understand.

Also, if anybody knows, what matter is used in the air conditioning, i think it's forbidden in EU, because its so old. I did some asking and couldnt find the right thing anywhere.
