Default Custom Exhaust

my current exhaust system wont pass inspection but i dont want to go back to a stock exhaust. what are some good sounding exhaust systems?

magnaflow is good. do you have a new catback or just a muffler?

i have a dc sports muffler and a thrush glasspack acting as a resonator, the rest is stock piping, i dont have a cat because in new hampshire you dont need one if the cars 20 years old or older

if you don't need a cat then whats causing it to not pass inspection? Is it cause it's too loud?

thats what im guessing, all he said was that he wouldnt put give it a sticker with a glasspack on it

EDIT: apparently i need a multi-chamber muffler to pass inspection

well thats lame. Well I guess you'll have to take the glasspack off or get a new muffler then. Magnaflow should sell those pretty cheap I think. or try another person to inspect it.

haha i get that a lot, no cat is definitely the way to go. In all honesty im just gonna bring it to a shop that my buddy goes to, apperently he passes '05s that are straight piped so i shouldnt have a problem getting a sticker from him
