Why does that 4th gen have a plate that says "Gen3GT4" someone goofed?

Pretty good video digging that black celica with carbon fiber and gold rimz, a lot of clean whips dope music too.. Ive been out there in Modesto maybe next time theirs a meet Ill try and show up..
