Has any one gutted their interior and laid sound deadening mats/pads? I am looking at having that be my next project and would like to know how much I need for the 7th Gen , ,thanks in advance!!!

i used it on my miata. works pretty good. although it is kind of expensive. i recommend getting it online because its cheaper. depending on how much you plan to cover the car like doors, roof, trunk and floor you may need a lot. i forgot how much i got but it was $40 at pep boys and only covered the trunk of my car. think i got dynamat.

Dynamat is what I am looking bat also and for the kit it costs 100.00 and I was told I need two kits, guess its gonna wait a while, unless someone feels generous and wants to give me a B-Day present next month????

Two mat kits WILL NOT do the entire car, one kit did just the front pass side of car, you will need a total of 7 (SEVEN). it lays in real nice had no problem finding the holes for all the little do-hickies to go back in, wire loom and so forth, have to really clean the car good with de-greaser and vacuum so it will stick like no body's business.
