Wheel size (Will it fit?) - Toyota Celicas

I'm looking at putting 16x7 wheels on my 2001 GT-S.

I know stock is 16x6.5 with a 38 offset,

these rims have a 40 offset (I'm Pretty sure)

they're much lighter than stock though, so is there any modifications I need to make it fit?

They will fit,I hve 19x8 wheels on my car and they fit perfect. Rite know I want to stagger it but don't know Wha size with duty without sticking out
