Hi Forum,
I am in need of some educated advice regarding wheel size. I am looking at a set of 18x7.5 rims with 45 offset, and will be wrapping them in 215/35/18 tires. All my suspension is OEM, should I be worried about tire rub or anything else I haven't thought of yet? Also, I have heard the "big wheels for show, small wheels for go" over and over. How much torque am I going to sacrifice going from my 16s to 18s? Thanks in advance for the help! |

Linden, I'm glad you posted this! I'm looking for wheels for my 2000 Celica (also OEM suspension). I'm just now becoming familiar with offsets and fittment and such...I know I want 17s, but I'm not sure what I want as far as offset or tires. I want to keep OEM suspension if I can. Does anyone have any suggestions, or what does everyone else run on their 7th Gens? Thanks!
