I have a question, is cutting out the carbon fiber to decorate the interior hard? I'm looking at some carbon vinyl sheets but it seems you have to measure it out yourself.

the vinyl sheets you can do with scissors. if uoi buy an actual panel of carbon fibre, you'll need a dremel type tool

You can get a precut vinyl carbonfiber kit to fit the interior and dash of your car on ebay or amazon

your actually wrong. carbon fiber comes in rolls of soft material. after you apply resin (wet carbon) then it becomes rigid.

theres material on ebay that resembles carbon. you just have to use alittle bit of glue and your set.

I've tried it, fairly easy it's like a sticker, just cut to size and stick on.

If you're looking for a real carbon fiber dash kit, then look at this website.
Product List - Category - Dash Kits / Dash Trim Kits
it's pretty simplistic as to the application but it's actual carbon fiber that you can get in different colors.
there are also wood, alluminum and camoflage dash trims.

I have been doing the hydro dip or water printing method on mine.It is a simple method and the same method I have used on some of my weapons. Prime it, paint with the undercoat ciolor of choice, cut and edge the pattern you want and lay in water then spray with an activator that turns the sheet to liquid inkl and then dip rinse and clear coat. Quality of products is of course paramount but it works well. You of course dont get the depth or three dimensional look of actual carbon wrapping but take your time and do it right with some patience and it will look good!

I have made fiberglass parts in the past ( spoilers and fenders) CF should be similar to the same process with the exception of having to be more careful with the resin saturation as it is visible and the weave has to be right other words it looks like crap, if you dont have the knowledge by all means either practice first on something other than your Celi parts or just get the kits sold on ebay or use cf look vinyl. if your using real cf you can get away with wrapping lots of parts which looks good if done right. making molds is a lengthy process and can be aggravating. Good luck !!!
