Lots of great looking Celicas! Keep 'em comin'... The Decals page will be in a transition phase since ending our partnership with the decal merchant we were working with. The eBay Auctions page is now a semi portal of Auction pages. Each page is now dedicated to a specific keyword or phrase 08.10.03 If you've submitted member pics within the last few months, please be patient. Delays have been caused by side projects and other complications. They will be added soon and you will be contacted as soon as they're up. Thank you for understanding & for your continued patience. Some parts of the site are a little more automated now, which will hopefully mean the site will be updated more often. We have a lot more in store for you, so keep checking back to see what's new! The previous Shop Online area was a fraction of the size of the new one. We also combined it with the Merchandise area. We came across some spy pics from the filming of Fast and the Furious 2! Since it's a new script, members of the old board will need to re-register. 03.27.02 Like the old Submissions page, the Member Pics area now has a random picture of members' Celicas. This one; however, is truly random. Instead of pulling from a list of file names, it pulls out of the directory, so now you have a chance of seeing all of the pics! 03.25.02 We are now able to accept credit cards via Pay Pal, making it easier to get your hands on one of our vinyl decals. Keep 'em comin'! We're trying to work out one last little bug w/ the new Message Board, but until then, the existing Message Board is still up & running. 03.13.02 A few new submissions have just been added to our Member Pics area. The big news, as you may have read on our Message Board is that we're getting a whole new Message Board ready with many more features for you to enjoy! Look for that very soon!! 03.05.02 We appologize for the outage today. As many of you noticed, we experienced some down-time today. Well, that's what happens when you forget to pay the bills. Actually, the site just went down for a couple of hours, and everything is back up and running smoothly. 02.23.02 They're here! Our decals are here & you can get your own today! Post now and post often! 09.02.01 The site has been down for a few days & we apologize. A special thanks goes to Dave for letting us know about the problem. As you may have gathered, the down time was unintentional & we're looking into the matter. 08.03.01 Many site updates! I've been talking about the changes coming to the site for quite a while now, and many of you probably thought I would never get around to these changes, but it was only a matter of having enough time and not enough of a life...so here's what's new to ToyotaCelicas.com: · New Logo!! · Brand New Events Page · Redesigned Submissions Area · All New Infomation Section · Contact Form 2/26/01 Okay, the Message Board has been updated and divided into categories, so check that out and let's get the new ones rollin'! The Video Archive has also been updated, so make sure you take a look at that as well. Next up is to get caught up on the most recent Submissions, so those of you who have sent in photos and do not yet see them posted...don't worry, they'll be up any day. I found this site I know you will like: RaceSearch.com: The Ultimate in Import Performance 2/20/01 The Shop Online section has been totally revamped! Now everything is much easier to find and I added a ton of new online merchants. You will also find codes to use for great savings at Carparts.com 2/17/01 The Video Archive has finally been added, though it's incomplete and I'll be changing the images to reflect which video it represents and I'll also be adding descriptions. I am always on the search for cool Celica related videos, so I will definitely be adding many more videos as I find them. If you have any that I'm missing or know where I can find more, please let me know by emailing me at webmaster@toyotacelicas.com. 2/7/01 I've been getting such positive feedback about this site's design, that I think I should hold off on that redesign... Aside from several great new additions to our Submissions Area, the only thing worth mentioning is the new page "style" on the Message Board. I made the font size a little larger and changed the title, hoping to make it a little more user friendly. Look forward to a few more memberpics and the video section...finally! 12/6/00 It's been a while, and now is definitely time for an update...I recently acquired Celicas.net, which may or may not be easier to remember, but the site will still be known as "Toyota Celicas.com - Everything Celica!" Look forward to yet another redesign with several new sections. I've been so swamped with work and side projects that I haven't been able to devote the time I'd like to this site. I recently came across this article for lowering your 2000 Celica at overboost.com. definitely check that out!! 10/22/00 A lot has happened lately, aside from minor daily updates, including several new memberpics, new pictures of my car and its new exhaust, and look forward to a Videos section in the near future! Check out pictures of my exhaust and new pictures of the rest of my car here. Starting with the September, 2000 issue of Sport Compact Car there is a "Project Celica" for the 2000 Celica GT-S. (Page 244, "Toyota Celica GT-S, Part I: Getting Acquainted") The October issue is now out with "Part II: The Dawning of Celica Tuning" ...If you own a 2000 Celica, you can't afford to miss this Project Celica! 9/9/00 I finally decided to put the flash on, as is. Expect changes to the intro and perhaps a lot more flash in the future. I've also been playing with the style on this page & was thinking about changing the "Latest Submission" image to "Featured Submission" and randomize the photos. Let me know what you think about these changes and the flash intro... 9/5/00 I guess the first thing you'll notice is the new header...I thought it needed something & I was already using it in the title. I haven't touched the site much over the past few weeks while my ride was in the shop (Read more here). So now that my car's back, my attention is also back on the site. There are several new memberpics and the message board is starting to move. Thank you for making this happen! 7/2/00 The latest addition to the site, and one that I am most proud of, is the agreement I've made with a certified Toyota and ASE technician to help moderate the message board and answer any questions you may have. I offer many thanks to Marshall for helping make this site a continued success. 6/18/00 Those of you who have visited this site before will notice the major changes it has gone through. Please let me now what you think of the new look. I have a flash intro in the works, but it's not quite ready for public viewing yet & I don't want to put anything unfinished on my live site. |
